Cancellation Policy
Policies vary between location of classes. Please see the McConnell Arts Center cancellation policy for all writing classes and workshops. Please see below for Growing Harmonies.
Illness
If your child is experiencing illness - especially symptoms such as fever, fatigue, headaches, loss of smell &/or taste - please keep them home.
If your child has tested positive for Covid-19, per the CDC, please keep them home for 5 days. If they have no symptoms after 5 days, they may attend class.
Withdrawal Policy:
Tuition is refundable, minus a $15 processing fee, for terms dropped more than 7 days prior to the session start date.
If you withdraw between 7 days and 48 hours before the first session, you will receive a credit, which can be used for future terms.
Growing Harmonies will not issue refunds or credit for terms within 48 hours of the first meeting. An exception will be made in cases of a documented medical emergency with a physician’s note.
Cancellations: Classes are canceled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Students will be notified if classes are canceled and will be eligible for a full refund or class credit. Class credit does not expire and can be used towards future terms.
Rescheduling and Make-Up Classes:
If Growing Harmonies must reschedule a class, a week will be added the the end of the term. If a student misses a regularly scheduled session, the session cannot be made up and the term will not be prorated.
